CLARA on the Radio!

Me in the studio!

The gracious host Will Anderson.

Had a wonderful time talking with Will Anderson on his radio show. Will Anderson. Sound familiar? He and his brothers were Clara's neighbors and gave her a hard time for dreaming about bicycles. But the real Will Anderson is much nicer than that.  And he's a good sport, letting me use him in my story. He's a local talk show host who loves what he does. We dream big, don't we, Will?

So Much News, So Little Time!

Clara is coming! Clara is coming!

Huntsville, 1892: CLARA, the first in the Alabama Girls book series, is at the pinting press as I type! What does that mean?

In two weeks, give or take, I will be able to hold the dream-come-true in my hands! If I could give you an exact date, I would. I will post updates. Watch this space!

It means that Birmingham, 1933: ALICE needs to hurry up and get written! Yes, this blog languished while I've researched and begun work on book #2.

It means that I'll have to touch base with the kind folks who want me to speak about my books. Watch this space for appearances and radio interview information!

And with the coming book, I'm sure the blog will be tossed around. Wonder what it will look like after the dust settles?
